In the manufacture of chain rings, we have cold-steel-rolling facilities, extractive rolling lines and acid washing lines. Thickness testing machine for steel strip is an apparatus supplied by nuclear energy and technology research institute of Qinghua University; Vacuum Anneal Stove is the most advanced bright cover style in domestic for steel strip anneal. The finished steel strip per month is 5000T.
In the manufacture of alloy cranks, we have an alloy press machine weight 1650T, two high speed punch machines weight 1000T, two precise oil presses weight 3000T, one five-axis oil press weight 1400T, and two three-axis oil presses. Cold forging, hot forging, hardware punch equipments and technologies occupy the advanced level in the field.
Processing and assembling products are arranged by U line pattern; Surface treatment of products is finished by vacuum electroplate, anodized, ED, painting and so on. Plastic accessories, bolts and nuts are produced by ourselves, with 30 plastic and screw molding machines.
What’s more, we have our own R & D team, moulds processing departments and precise quality inspection equipments. Mould processing facilities are cutting machines, CNC milling lathe.
